The Tariff Rate Lookup provides you with the maximum rate per minute that STi Prepaid will charge to each specific destination. * Please use our Card Recommendation option on the Home page, or our Card Comparison option on the View All Services page to find the Card that will best meet your calling card needs.

To find the rate to the destination you want to call for a select calling card, please refer to the calling card Details for each card, and then select the Rate Management tab. From the drop down menu select the country you are calling to view the number of minutes for that calling card.

Select the Show Details icon next to the calling card for the terms and conditions for each calling card. The Access Numbers, Billing Increments, applicable fees and surcharges will be described for each card. The fees and surcharges will reduce total minutes available if the card balance is not used on a single call. Calls placed to mobile telephones will be billed at a higher rate. All rates are subject to change without notice. If a calling card has an expiration date, it will be defined. No cash redemption value and calling card is non-refundable after purchase.

Note the following types of calls may not be completed with a prepaid calling card: calls to 700, 900 and some toll free numbers; operator assisted calls requiring time and/or charges. Some countries do not permit prepaid calling card usage.

Where applicable, directory assistance will be charged at $1.25 per minute.

Some prepaid calling cards are rechargeable. If applicable, recharge instructions will be included on the card. The per minute recharge rate may vary from the original per minute rate of the card.
